What exactly does The Smile Advisory Group do?
We provide informational dental advisory services to individuals who want clear, plain-language guidance on dental care decisions, coverage options, treatment plans, and oral health questions. We are not a dental office and do not provide clinical care, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind.
Does submitting an inquiry commit me to anything?
No. Submitting an inquiry is simply the beginning of a conversation. It does not obligate you to purchase a service, follow any recommendation, or take any specific action. You remain entirely in control of every decision.
Is my mobile phone number required?
No. Your mobile number is optional on all forms. You can submit a complete inquiry using only your name, email, and the details of your situation. Email follow-up is available regardless of whether a phone number is provided.
Are the SMS consent checkboxes required?
No. The general account notifications checkbox and the marketing messages checkbox are each separate and entirely optional. Checking either or both is never required to submit your inquiry or receive any advisory follow-up.
Will my information be sold or shared?
No. The Smile Advisory Group does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketers. Your contact information, mobile number, and SMS consent choices are used only to manage your advisory inquiry.
Is this a substitute for seeing a dentist?
No. Our advisory services are informational only. We help you understand options, ask better questions, and feel more prepared — but all clinical decisions must be made in consultation with a licensed dental professional who has examined you.
How long does it take to receive a follow-up?
Follow-up timing depends on inquiry volume and the complexity of your situation. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a specific response window. Most inquiries receive initial contact within a reasonable business timeframe.
Are your services available everywhere in the United States?
Yes. The Smile Advisory Group provides advisory services to individuals in all 50 states. We operate nationally and are not limited to any specific geographic region.
